Extensive experience working with multinational industrial organizations, including European-owned manufacturing enterprises, and navigating the challenges associated with global operations, competitive markets, and long-term strategic growth.

Current board member of a growing nonprofit educational organization serving more than 300 children across multiple locations, with responsibilities including governance, strategic planning, organizational growth, policy development, and board effectiveness initiatives. Was Board Chair when the organization grew from one location to four schools.

Current member of the Board of Advisors for the College of Business at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, providing guidance on business education, leadership development, and industry engagement.

Previous board member of other nonprofits in the Naples and Detroit communities, dealing with hunger and food distribution, homelessness, addiction, and supporting social enterprise operations.
